Deal o’ the Day: Peg Perego Strollers on Sale

I spend a lot of time up in the middle of the night, thank you pregnancy hips. Sleep is elusive. Last night I started researching double strollers. I love the Phil & Ted’s sports buggy. I generally loathe big flashy gear, but I can’t help it. I really want one. All of my pals who have one just love it, as do their kids. But holy cow, they are almost $500.00. I guess we’ll have to hope we win the lotto this week. No, that is not the Deal o’ the Day.

My friend Kate said, “I saw your post about the Phil and Ted’s…check out the Bob if you haven’t already. The double design isn’t as sleek as the Phil and Ted’s (it’s a double wide/side by side) but we love our single Bob stroller—if I knew then what I know now, we would have just bought the Bob and not gotten a “travel system”. We love it!”
I agree with Kate re: travel systems, but let’s be clear. I am not jogging anywhere with BOB or anyone else. Except maybe to get another peanut butter and chocolate milkshake.

I’ve been covertly researching double strollers (not pregnant yet) and I’m really liking the Joovy Tandem (I think that’s what it’s called). It has a spot in the back for the big kid to sit or stand which will be good as our daughter will be at least 4 by the time the next kiddo comes.
