Sy gets her fair share of nosebleeds and they can be pretty epic.
My dad’s trick works every time: ice pack on the back of the neck, ice pack on bridge of the nose. Have tissue at nose, but not pinching. Constricts all those little vessels in just a few minutes!

My son gets almost nightly nosebleeds, too. We took him to an ENT doctor and he cauterized the bleeding “blebs” with a tiny bit of silver nitrate on the end of a little stick. It only tickled and caused him to sneeze like a demon for about 5 min. after. Lasts about 3-4 months. We are now 6 weeks nosebleed free! And no blood stained sheets every night!
