UnderJams

Has anyone used the new UnderJams? Sy still wears a diaper to bed at night but I find that even though she’s not that big of a kid, the size six diapers are a bit snug and sometimes leak. I am curious as to how absorbent the UnderJams are in comparison. The site is horrible, so I can’t gather much information there. I know they are made for older kids battling bedwetting, but I wonder if it would work for preschoolers, too.
Anyone used ‘em or have other ideas? Bueller?
