WS Princess Cookie Cutters

WS Princess Cookie Cutters

I am terrible at taking a vacation, so I’ll make this quick and then go back to lazing about with my family.

I saw these yesterday and they made me giggle.

If you have a prince or princess at home, check out these princess cookie cutters from Williams-Sonoma. Packaged in a diary-shaped box with its own magnetic “lock,” the set includes a princess, prince, castle, crown, magic wand, slipper, horse and carriage.

And for your sports enthusiast, they also have a set of All Star cookie cutters. The set includes everything you need to bring your favorite team to life: ball, bat, helmet, football, pennant, baseball player, football player and basketball player.

While a little over the top, they’d be fun for a thematic birthday party. I’m partial to the bug cakelet pan. My cakes would never come out looking like the ones in the picture, but we can all dare to dream.

Hello Gearhead Mom,

I love your website. I was looking for Princess cookie cutters and arrived at your website and saw the cute pink set of cookie cutters from Williams-Sonoma and would like to know how to order them. I went to Williams-Sonoma and it did not register. Thanks for your help. Take care.

Rebecca,
It looks like the whole WSKids line that they rolled out not so long ago is now just a recipes and tips section on their site. Too bad! They had really cute stuff. Wilton seems to have a decent collection, I find their stuff to be above average quality as well. Good luck! http://search.wilton.com/?q=princess&x=0&y=0

Should parents be discouraged from coaching their children in sports? Why or why not? Do you think it will affect their relationship in a positive or negative manner?

Some of these comments people are saying here on this issue really seem to make me look at this in a whole new way. I do enjoy the responses though.
